Clare Feddis

PARTNER
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1995 Clare has spent her career working in the areas of family law and litigation. Clare advises clients on all aspects of Family Law including Deed of Separation, Divorce and non-marital cases both in Circuit and High Courts. She also advises on the preparation of Co-habitation, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Civil Partnership. Clare has graduate training in both Arbitration and Mediation equipping her with additional skills to deal with the challenges that face clients in cases of relationship breakdowns and allowing her to seek early resolution of a Family Law dispute without recourse to the Courts. 

Clare is a former chairperson of the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland.

John Branigan

PARTNER
John was educated at St Macartans College, Monaghan and graduated from UCD with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law in 1985. He qualified as a solicitor in 1991. 

John has extensive experience in both commercial and residential property transactions, all areas of civil litigation including personal injury, nervous shock and fatal injury claims. He also practises in the area of company and shareholder disputes, shareholders agreements and minority rights. He has extensive experience in the area of will and probate disputes. John also has particular expertise in the area of medical negligence matters and judicial review of administrative decisions of public bodies and decisions of the District and Circuit Courts. 

When John is not hard at work he enjoys playing a little football and spending time with his family.

Sarah Marie Kelly

SOLICITOR
Having originally joined the firm in 2013 and subsequently training and qualifying as a solicitor at Branigan Feddis, Sarah has rejoined the firm after a number of years working at a well-respected Dublin firm. 

Sarah works across all areas of the practice with particular experience in the areas of family law and litigation. She is a qualified collaborative law practitioner which further enables her in assisting parties come to a suitable resolution outside the Court process. Prior to her career in law Sarah gained extensive experience working in the financial services industry with particular experience of NAMA and Solvency II regulations.
